Prior to coming on board with C21 in 1998 Geneva
(Neva) worked
in Carmel Valley as a loan officer for a Mortgage Broker. Before

all of which contribute to her outstanding abilities as a real estate

2004, Office Manager in 2006, earned her Broker's license in 2006 and

County Association of Realtors President’s Award, recognition from the

Although
Geneva
was primarily a residential specialist, two years prior to his passing,
CENTURY 21 Henderson & Associates owner Jim Mohr began preparing
Geneva
to be his successor upon his planned retirement from the oldest continuously operating
real estate brokerage in Los Banos. Jim and
Geneva
worked closely on multi million dollar development land sales and commercial
property transactions to provide her with the experience and knowledge she
would need in the future.
Before joining CENTURY 21 Henderson & Associates Geneva worked as a
legal assistant, a notary public, a loan officer for a Carmel Valley lender
(specializing in golf course development financing), and as a marketing
consultant.
Geneva
handed over the reins of her family’s 57 year old, 3rd generation
income tax preparation business to another family member to focus on her real

contribute to her outstanding capabilities and understanding of real estate.

Buying a home is a lot more than finding a place to
live, more importantly, it's finding a place to love. Neva's here
to help you find a place to love, even if you're the seller leaving
town. Century 21 is the WORLD'S largest residential real estate
sales organization . . . we can help find you a home anywhere on the
planet:)
Kent Sandhagen
is a Waterloo, Iowa native, who moved to California in the 1 960's. With over 33 years in the floor covering industry Kent (a
licensed flooring contractor) is well suited for his current job as Manager at CM Carpets Plus in Los Banos.
Kent enjoys helping local residents with their interior needs and he really
enjoys not commuting:). Understanding the real estate
industry, Kent often allows homeowners (during the sale process) to
install new floor coverings and then pay when the sale of their home is
complete.
We moved to Los Banos from Hollister in 1995, where we'd resided for 10 years,
owned and operated a small business (KeNevA Floors & More) for 5 years.
Our 4 older adult children attended elementary, Junior and Senior high in what
was then the small town of Hollister. We closed KeNevA Floors & More
to pursue our waterSki dream, which brought us to Los Banos; where we operated a
private waterSki site from 1993 to 2001. Our move to Los Banos afforded
our youngest child the same opportunity to mature in a serene, slower
paced community.
KeNyA (our youngest and the only our, in yours, mine and ours) graduated from Central Catholic High School
in Modesto in 2005. Although she went to public school through 8th grade, she asked to
go to a more challenging school to help gain acceptance to a really good
college. [(It worked...KeNyA is Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she
was on the Women's Crew Team (NCAA Division 3), worked as an accounting clerk
and made the National Dean's List in her first year of college!]
She earned a
4.0 for 3 of 4 quarters her Freshman year, was selected
MVP of the Frosh Girl's Basketball TEAM, was selected MVP of the
Varsity Girl's Track & Field TEAM and was SOL League Champion Pole
Vaulter.
During her Sophomore year she maintained a 3.85 GPA, was a JV Spirit leader for
Football, a JV Basketball Player, and was on the Varsity Track & Field Team
(due to CIF & NCAA increased requirements for pole vault equipment, pole
vaulting was not offered at any of league meets in Central Catholic's division). Out of 11.5 million 10th, 11th, & 12th grade students in US
private & public high schools KeNyA was one of 5,600 selected by the
National Youth Leadership Forum to attend a 10 day Forum on Medicine at
Georgetown University in Washington, DC. where she was selected to represent the
Forum in presenting the US Surgeon General with their thanks and appreciation.
KeNyA was selected by Rotary International to attend their Camp Royal (a
leadership camp); she attended a Crime Scene Investigation Conference hosted by
Lead America, and was then selected to attend the 2005 Presidential Inauguration
in Washington, D.C. Let's see, there was also Junior Class
President, Basketball Homecoming Duchess, the "WE" Award ("WE before me";
an honor awarded to 1 or 2 students per class, per year), she played 2 years of
Varsity Girls Basketball, was ASB President, on the Senior Ministry Team,
Varsity Swim Team, was voted "Senior - Best All Around" for the yearbook, and
Central Catholic Raider of the Year (school is Central Catholic Raiders, awarded
to the Senior Female & Male who personify a Central Catholic Raider - their
peers wrote the same thing about each of them - compassionate, fun, dependable,
and spirited.)
KeNyA is a magnificent blend of the best qualities of her siblings and her
parents. We're all thankful that she chose to emulate our best qualities
instead of our worst:}
Our other 4 adult children, Brice (33, married to Cindy, father of Morgan) who
is a General Engineering Contractor and owner of
Sandhagen Landscape Supply in Redding, Stephanie (30) who is Assistant General
Manager of the 3rd busiest Applebee's in the world, Jobe (30) a Canine Handler Police Officer,
and Christopher (29) who is screen printer and sign painter
for the family owned business of Blue
Horse Graphics. When not working Chris is a hockey goalie (roller and ice)
his current string is 92 games in 73 days!
